To expand our organization, we are looking for a "Work planner / Planner" for planning the assembly work.
Are you that driven work planner / planner with the work of beautiful projects, who would like to make a proactive contribution to the growth of Qurails and who actively work? Then we are looking for you! You are responsible for the efficient and effective scheduling of your own and hired technicians. You also keep an eye on the progress.
In addition to the staff planning of our own mechanics, you also arrange the hotel accommodation and the timekeeping. You are the first point of contact for our engineers and subcontractors, have daily contact with contractors, subcontractors and external project managers and you ensure internal coordination of the agreements made with the Project and Operations departments. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to you, both for the external parties and for the internal departments of Goelst NL. In short, a versatile position in which your own initiatives for improvement are highly appreciated.
- Finished MBO education.
- You have experience as a planner or project leader.
- You are customer and service oriented and have great problem solving skills.
- Your administration is always accurate and clear.
- You have experience in preparing and giving toolbox meetings.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
- You have a high sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
- Technical insight, customer-oriented, team player and solution-oriented
- You have a clear communication style, you are stress resistant and flexible
